Horminum Clary, this annual Blue Salvia plant is native to an area
extending from the Mediterranean to the Crimea and into Iran. The
botanical name Salvia Horminum is synonymous with Salvia Viridis. Salvia
Blue Monday quickly grows up to 28 inches tall and about 12 inches
wide. The brilliant purple-blue flowers last well as cut flowers or
dried flowers. The plant prefers loose soil, good drainage, moderate
water, and mostly sunny locations.
